Salsas need acid/sweet/hot balances to work for me, and even though you say this is good, it reads as overwhelmingly sweet and lacking the delicious savory flavors that I desire. Anyhow, we all know that people on the internet are WRONG. It’s sort of not that I was completely unconvinced that it could be done, just that I wasn’t convinced that it could be done *well*.
