		<description>It has vinegar and lime juice!  And chipotle!

Also, I am suddenly worried that all of the main course will be too spicy for people.  All my normal food turns spicy.</description>

		<description>It's sort of not that I was completely unconvinced that it could be done, just that I wasn't convinced that it could be done *well*. Salsas need acid/sweet/hot balances to work for me, and even though you say this is good, it reads as overwhelmingly sweet and lacking the delicious savory flavors that I desire. 

Anyhow, we all know that people on the internet are WRONG.</description>
